Server Status

What does this all mean? Green lights are good, means all is working. Red lights can be bad, indicating there might be an issue.

There’s a status panel here for each of our servers. If there are red lights on POP3 or IMAP on any server, and you have having problems with email, this could be why. If there are red lights on HTTP and you have having problems accessing your website, this could be why. If not, the issue is likely to be limited to your website or could be the device you are accessing our services with.

In any case, use the Contact Us form to let us know your problem, and we’ll look into it for you.
